Tubing Connection Adaptor System is a tubing connection adaptor specifically designed for an indwelling urinary catheter. This unique design provides convenience for the user when rapidly connecting and disconnecting various tubing systems, such as those between a catheter and urine collection bag.
A tab extends from the first end of the male connector body, wherein the tab frictionally engages a notch through the front end of the female connector body. The quick-connect mechanism slides in and up a channel, effectively securing the two components together with ease.
Tubing Connection Adaptor System allows users to easily connect male and female adaptors and detach them without stretching the tube. Additionally, the device will prevent undesired catheter tube leakage.
