Dual Slice Bread Machine

Inventor: James Borski
Dual Slice Bread Machine provides an apparatus for slicing bread by cutting vertical slits along the length of a loaf of bread perpendicular to the direction of a conventional bread slicing apparatus.
  • The apparatus utilizes an actuating rack that can be raised and lowered automatically with a plurality of evenly spaced piercing knives affixed.
  • The conveyor is a roller conveyor system assembly configured to deliver a loaf of bread through the apparatus.
  • The knives are lowered by the moveable assembly and penetrate the loaf of bread, creating a series of vertical slits along a longitudinal axis of the bread.
